Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Jennifer Meyer suede pouch and box, ensuring all security tags remain attached and intact.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to your shipping carton, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
